I’ve always been in love with all things beautiful. I get excited with the aesthetics of things and have always loved beautiful jewellery. But it was hard finding something that I really liked in stores. They were mostly commercial jewellery. I wanted something different. So, I began making my own.

This turned into a means for self expression and finding balance in my hectic work life in corporate communications. Before long, it became a passion. I wanted to design and make jewellery. In 2015, I started my brand INIZI to pursue my dream.

INIZI, means beginnings in Italian. It represents that each piece of jewellery is something new, something that had not existed until I designed and created it.

My designs have been described as artistic, stylish and fun, with a touch of sexy femininity and bold individuality. They are created to be timeless and versatile so that you can reach for them day after day.

One of the things that I aspire to do with my designs is to offer an alternative to what’s available in the mainstream commercial jewellery market.

There’re so many things that inspire me to design a piece. Nature, textures and forms inspire me—even a droplet of water. I don’t go looking for inspiration but there’s always something that catches my eye, strikes my fancy and becomes my muse.

My jewellery are hand-made at the bench using traditional techniques. No two pieces will be exactly identical. INIZI customers love the fact that they are getting an “exclusive” creation in that the piece they wear is not entirely the same as another.

All INIZI jewellery are made by me. Very few pieces are made from each design. So if you’re wearing an INIZI, you’re one of the few people in the world wearing it.

I believe that INIZI customers deserve the best—creative designs made with good quality materials and gemstones; and good craftsmanship.

INIZI jewellery is made with a lot of passion; a lot of heart. If I won’t wear it, you won’t see it at INIZI.
